摘  要:随着生产发展和科学技术水平的不断提高,各工程项目对各类设备的制造、运输、维护保养都越来越重视。氮气化学性质不活泼,比较稳定,不易与其他物质发生反应,具有投资小、效果好的高性价比,因此,氮气在油气储运和设备维护保养中的运用越来越平凡。本文以公司某LNG项目空气冷却器的充氮工艺为例分别从施工流程、施工步骤方面介绍了设备充氮保护技术,对模块建造场地设备内部的维护保养工作具有实际参考意义。With the development of production process and the continuous improvement of science and technology,the manufacture,transportation and maintenance of equipments in engineering projects are paid more attention to.Nitrogen is inactive and relatively stable in chemical properties,and it is not easy to react with other substances.So nitrogen is widely applied in storage and transportation of oil and gas and equipment maintenance.In this paper,taking the nitrogen-filling process of air fan cooler in a LNG project as an example,the nitrogen-filling protection technology of equipment was introduced from the aspects of construction process and construction steps.The paper has practical reference significance for the maintenance of equipment in the module construction site.
