摘　　要：基于快速康复外科理念综述了中医适宜技术在骨科围手术期中的应用进展,探讨了目前研究中的不足及发展趋势。中医适宜技术可降低骨科围手术期患者的焦虑,改善睡眠质量,减轻术后疼痛,防止关节僵硬和深静脉血栓形成,促进术后胃肠功能恢复,减少术后并发症的发生,但在术前、术中的参与度不高,今后应提高中医适宜技术在术前与术中的应用,在围手术期患者中形成统一的方案与流程,以推动中医适宜技术在快速康复外科中的开展。The author reviewed the application progress of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology in orthopedic perioperative period based on the concept enhanced recovery after surgery, and discussed the deficiency and development trend of current research. Traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology can reduce the anxiety for orthopedic patients in perioperative period, improve sleep quality, reduce postoperative pain, prevent joint stiffness and deep vein thrombosis, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. However, its participation in preoperative and operative is not high. It is necessary to improve the application of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine in preoperative and operative in the future, and form a unified program and process in perioperative patients so as to promote the development of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine in rapid rehabilitation surgery.
