摘　　要：对鹿角在急性乳腺炎中的应用现状进行总结,中药鹿角临床应用广泛,不仅能补益肝肾、强筋健骨,还可以活血通络、散结消肿;现代药理研究表明鹿角还具有抗炎消肿、抗感染、降低泌乳素、缓解疲劳、增强自身免疫、抗氧化应激等作用,临床用于急性乳腺炎疗效显著。The application of antler in acute mastitis was summarized in this paper. Traditional Chinese medicine antler is widely used in clinical applications. They can not only replenish liver and kidney, strengthen muscles and bones, but also promote blood circulation and collaterals, and eliminate swelling. Modern pharmacological research show that antler has the effects of anti-inflammatory swelling, anti-infection, lowering prolactin,relieving fatigue, strengthening autoimmunity and anti-oxidative stress. Overall, antler is clinically effective for acute mastitis.
