测长机与测长仪差异及其发展趋势研究

摘　　要：本文阐述了测长仪与测长机在工作原理和装置结构上的差异,研究由此而产生的两者在测量准确度以及实际校准工作中校准方法上的区别。在此基础上,介绍了现代测量长度仪器所采用的双频激光技术、微电子技术,展望测长机与测长仪中的发展趋势。This paper introduces the difference between length measuring machine and length measuring instrument in working principle and device structure,which studies the difference between them in measuring accuracy and calibration method in actual working calibrator.The paper also introduces length measuring machine with the dual-frequency laser technology and microelectronic technology,which used in modern length measuring instruments.Last it expection the development trend of length measuring machine and length measuring instrument in future.
