摘　　要：气溶胶光度计主要应用在洁净车间空气高效过滤系统过滤效率的检测,其检测结果直接反应洁净环境的净化效果,对生产企业的产品质量有极大的影响。在国内未出台相应的计量技术文件而光度计的使用越来越多的现状下,本文根据现有的技术条件,设计了一套气溶胶稀释采集装置,可快速稳定地稀释气溶胶气体,对光度计进行校准。经实验验证,这种校准方法可作为气溶胶光度计的一种溯源方法。Aerosol photometer is mainly used in the detection of filtration efficiency of High efficiency filtration system in clean workshop,the test results directly reflect the purification effect of clean environment,it has a great influence on the product quality of production enterprises. Under the situation that there is no corresponding measurement technical document in China but more and more photometers are used,according to the existing technical conditions,the paper design a set of aerosol dilution collection device,which can dilution of aerosol gas fast and stably and calibrate photometer. The experiment result shows that the calibration method can be used as a tracing method of aerosol photometer.
