摘　　要：本文详细介绍了分光光度计的光学系统故障现象,根据其光路原理,分析了故障原因,提出了故障排除方法。The failure in optical system of pectrophotometer is described in detail. Based on the principle of optical path,the causes of the failure are analyzed and the method for its elimination is presented.
