摘  要:在实验室条件下,采用药膜法和毒饵法,测定了3种主要的长春花碱类物质长春碱、长春质碱和文多灵对德国小蠊的触杀和胃毒活性;结果表明,95%长春碱TC、98%长春质碱TC和98%文多灵TC对德国小蠊若虫有较高的触杀活性,对成虫有较高的胃毒活性,其中95%长春碱TC和98%长春质碱TC的活性高于98%文多灵TC的活性,对德国小蠊若虫的速效性与对照药剂95%吡虫啉TC相当,处理后48 h达到高峰值,对成虫的速效性低于对照药剂95%吡虫啉TC,处理后72 h达到高峰值;长春碱和长春质碱在卫生害虫德国小蠊的防治中具有一定的应用价值。Contact toxicity and stomach poison of vinblastine, vincristine and vindoline against German cockroach were tested by residual film method and poisoning bait method. The results showed that the vinblastine,vincristine and vindoline had high contact toxicity on German cockroach nymph, and stomach poison on German cockroach adult, the activities of vinblastine and vincristine were higher than vindoline. The contact toxicity and stomach poison were increased to a maximum after treatment 48 h and 72 h, respectively. Vinblastine and vincristine could be a potential active ingredients for controlling German cockroach.
