摘  要:针对变间隙密封液压缸,提出一种内泄漏测量方法,利用变间隙液压缸内泄漏产生的液压油通过集油槽时,油液对应变片的作用,使应变片产生变形,然后将产生的变形信号通过应变测试仪传出,利用该方法设计一种内泄漏测量装置,得到应变与内泄漏量之间的关系。再利用ANSYS对液压缸的内泄漏模型进行仿真分析,将仿真实验的数据与实验测得的内泄漏量数据进行对比验证,通过应变信号来判断内泄漏的情况,这种测量方法能测量变间隙密封液压缸在工作时的泄漏量。Aiming at the variable clearance sealed hydraulic cylinder,an internal leakage measurement method is proposed. When the hydraulic oil produced by the leakage of the variable clearance hydraulic cylinder passes through the oil collecting tank,the oil acts on the strain gauge,causing the strain gauge to deform. Then the deformation signal is transmitted through the strain gauge. An internal leakage measurement method is designed by using this method. The relationship between strain and internal leakage is obtained. Then the ANSYS is used to simulate and analyze the internal leakage model of the hydraulic cylinder. The data of the simulation experiment are compared with the data of the internal leakage measured by the experiment. The internal leakage is judged by the strain signal. This method can measure the leakage of the variable clearance sealed hydraulic cylinder at work.
