摘　　要：以某钢厂2000m^3高炉炉前YP4000T液压泥炮安装调试为例,对液压泥炮高炉炉前现场安装调试常见问题进行分析,提出技术方案和调整方法,保证设备正常可靠的运行,同时为液压泥炮炉前设计、安装和调试提供参考方法。This paper analyzed the common problems of on-site installation and commissioning of the hydraulic mud gun,taking the installation and commissioning of the YP4000 T hydraulic mud gun for 2000 m3 blast furnace in a steel plant as an example. This paper provided technical solutions and adjustment methods to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the equipment. Meanwhile,this paper also provided a reference method for design and installation and commissioning of the mud gun.
