摘　　要：本文对镁冶炼领域专利进行了检索、收集、整理,统计了镁冶炼技术国内专利总体年度分布、重点申请人以及法律状态情况。同时,对镁冶炼技术方向进行了分类、统计分析,指出了镁冶炼技术分布现状及新技术探索方向,为镁冶炼技术创新与发展提供研究资料。The patents of magnesium smelting were searched,collected and collated,and the annual distribution of domestic patents,key applicants and legal status of magnesium smelting technology were counted. At the same time,the technological direction of magnesium smelting was classified and analyzed,and the distribution status of magnesium smelting technology and the direction of new technology exploration were pointed out,which provides research data for the innovation and development of magnesium smelting technology.
