摘　　要：结合某钢厂1350m3高炉升级改造至2200m3项目,通过对炉前液压泥炮、液压开口机利用原有基础进行升级改造的设计实践,对高炉炉前液压泥炮、液压开口机设备从布置、选型、技术参数确认以及技术方案的设计进行阐述,为今后高炉炉前设计、改造和故障处理提供可靠的参考模型,具有一定的推广应用价值。Combined with the design experience upgrading a 1350 m3 blast furnace of a steel plant to 2200 m3,for which the hydraulic mud gun and hydraulic taphole drill of cast house needed to be upgraded based on the original foundation,this paper illustrates the layout,selection,technical parameter confirmation and technical design scheme of hydraulic mud gun and hydraulic taphole drill and provides a reliable reference for the future design,modification and fault treatment of the blast furnace cast house, which has certain promotion and application value.
