摘　　要：主要通过对冷轧镀锌机组卷取机助卷皮带框架大臂主轴进行强度分析,通过软件数值计算确认回转轴在设计方面不存在问题,针对调试过程中出现的问题,从另外的角度找出了解决问题的办法,对设计制造冷轧设备有借鉴意义。In this paper,through the strength analysis of the main shaft of the belt wrapper frame of the coiler of cold rolling galvanizing unit,it is confirmed that there is no problem in the design of the rotating shaft through software numerical calculation. In view of the problems in the debugging process,the solutions to the problems are found out from other views,which is reference significance for design and manufacture of cold rolling equipment.
