摘　　要：介绍了某钢厂宽厚板生产线Mulpic快速冷却装置的设备组成、工作情况及在现场生产冷却过程中产生的问题,并从设备点检和维护角度进行了分析,并提出了相应处理方案。Mulpic rapid cooling of the equipment configuration,working situation and the problems in the actual production cooling process was introduced in the wide and heavy plate division in this paper,and the corresponding solutions are analyzed in maintenance.
