摘 要:通过正交试验方法设计9组以La2O3, CeO2, Y2O3为添加剂的碱性焊条药皮成分,采用静态质量损失法测定焊缝在碱液中的腐蚀深度,借助光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察焊缝金相组织和表面腐蚀形貌,利用电子能谱分析表面微区元素。试验结果表明,添加w(La2O3)1%, w (CeO2)0.3%和w (Y2O3)1%的焊条焊缝晶粒细小,耐碱腐蚀性能相对最好,达到了完全耐蚀级别,其腐蚀深度为0.000 81 mm/a;3种稀土氧化物对碱性焊条焊缝腐蚀性能的影响程度从大到小依次为La2O3, CeO2, Y2O3;焊缝碱腐蚀宏观上属于全面腐蚀,但微观上腐蚀较轻时以局部腐蚀为主,腐蚀较重时以全面腐蚀为主。The design of 9 groups of La2O3,CeO2 and Y2O3 in the coating ingradient additived by orthogonal test method,the static quality loss corrosion depth determination of weld in the lye,optical microscope and scanning electron microscope observation of microstructure and surface morphology of weld corrosion by using electron spectrum analysis of surface micro elements.The results showed that the weld grains was small by adding with 1% La2O3,0.3% CeO2 and 1%Y2O3,the alkali resistance was best,achieved a complete corrosion resistance level,the corrosion depth was 0.00081mm/a;The influence degree of threee kinds of rare earth oxides on the weld corrosion properties of alkaline elec torele from large to small CeO2,La2O3,Y2O3.The weld alkali resistance belonged to comprehensive corrosion on the macro,but local corrosion was dominant when the corrosion was lighter,on the contrary,comprehensive corrosion was dominant.
