金宇安教授辨治周围性面瘫临证经验

摘　　要：周围性面瘫,祖国医学称之为"口眼斜"。金宇安教授治疗本病,多从虚、风、痰(湿)、瘀四因辨治,正虚为本,风、痰(湿)、瘀相兼为害,侵袭颜面,两虚相得,络脉受邪,面部营卫气血输布流注为邪所乱,不能濡养肌表腠理皮毛,发为面瘫。诊病时审证求因、辨证为本,再参以病程分期,治以养血祛风、化痰除湿、活血通络,圆机活法,权变施治。临证善用虫药,搜剔经络风痰瘀浊之邪。中药内服配合熏洗外敷,内外合参,标本兼顾,虚实并治,临床疗效显著.Professor JIN Yu’an has practiced in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,differentiation and treatment of deficiency,wind evil,phlegm(damp evil)and blood stasis.Collaterals which connect channels attacked by pathogenic factors.Facial Ying,Wei and Qi-blood invaded by pathogenic factor.Can’t nourish the grain of skin and the texture of the subcutaneous flesh.Professor JIN Yu’an treatment of illness is based on examining the causes and differentiating the symptoms.Combined with the stage of disease course.Treating with nourishing blood and dispelling wind evil,removing dampness and phlegm,promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction.Clinical practice is good at using insect traditional Chinese medicine.Internal treatment combined with external treatment.The therapeutic effects is satisfactory.
