温阳散寒法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎并发哮喘的效果及对免疫因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳散寒法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎并发哮喘的效果及对免疫因子水平的影响。方法:随机将102例过敏性鼻炎并发哮喘患儿分为两组,对照组(n=51)给予常规西药治疗,观察组(n=51)在以上西药治疗基础上给予温阳散寒法治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状评分、肺功能、免疫因子水平及生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组的哮喘、鼻炎症状评分显著降低(P<0.05),第1秒时间肺活量(FEV1)与呼气峰流速(PEF)显著提高(P<0.05),观察组改善效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的哮喘和过敏性鼻炎的总有效率分别为98.04%和96.08%,显著高于对照组的84.31%和82.35%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-β(TNF-β)水平显著降低,白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-5(IL-5)水平显著升高(P<0.05),观察组改善幅度较对照组更显著(P<0.05);治疗后,两组儿科哮喘生命质量调查表(PAQLQ)量表中症状、活动、情感及总得分显著提高(P<0.05),观察组改善幅度显著强于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳散寒法联合常规西药治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎并发哮喘疗效显著,可有效改善患儿相关临床症状及肺功能,提高免疫系统功能及生活质量,临床应用价值显著。Objective:To explore the effect of using Wenyang Sanhan Method in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis complicated with asthma and its influence on immune factors levels. Methods:102 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis and asthma were randomly divided into two groups. The controlled group(n=51) was given conventional western medicine, and the observation group(n=51) was given Wenyang Sanhan Method therapy on the basis of the above western medicine. The clinical symptoms scores, lung function, immune factors levels and quality of life were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the scores of asthma and rhinitis symptoms were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05) while the forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1) and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF) were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). The total effective rates of asthma and allergic rhinitis were 98.04% and 96.08% respectively in the observation group, which were significantly higher than those in the controlled group with 84.31% and 82.35%(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and tumor necrosis factor-β(TNF-β) were significantly decreased while the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4) and interleukin-5(IL-5) were significantly elevated in the two groups(P<0.05), and the improvement rate in the observation group was more significant than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of symptoms, activities and emotions and the total score of pediatric asthma quality of life questionnaire(PAQLQ) scale were significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05), and the improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).
