准噶尔乌头中生物碱类成分的研究

摘　　要：目的研究毛茛科乌头属植物准噶尔乌头Aconitum soongaricum Stapf根部中的生物碱类化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离纯化,采用1HNMR、13CNMR鉴定结构。结果从新疆产的准噶尔乌头的干燥块根中共分离纯化得到10个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:乌头碱(Ⅰ)、3-去氧乌头碱(Ⅱ)、尼奥灵(Ⅲ)、宋果灵(Ⅳ)、苯甲酰乌头原碱(Ⅴ)、8-亚油酰基-苯甲酰乌头原碱(Ⅵ)、8-柠檬酸-苯甲酰乌头原碱(Ⅶ)、14-乙酰基尼奥灵(Ⅷ)、光翠雀碱(Ⅸ)、中乌碱(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅵ~Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the alkaloid constituents from the roots of Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.METHODS The silica gel column chromatography was used for the isolation and the purification of compounds,and the spectroscopic methods(1HNMR,13CNMR)were used for the structural identification.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated from the roots of Aconitum soongaricum Stapf and identified as aconitine(Ⅰ),3-deoxyaconitine(Ⅱ),neoline(Ⅲ),songrine(Ⅳ),14-benzoylacontine(Ⅴ),8-O-Linoleoyl-14-benzoylaconine(Ⅵ),8-lineolen-14-benzoylaconine(Ⅶ),14-acetylneoline(Ⅷ),denudatine(Ⅸ)and mesaconitine(Ⅹ).CONCLUSION CompoundsⅥ-Ⅹwere isolated from the plant for the first time.
