Love attitude and psychosexual health among undergraduates in Hainan province: a cross-sectional survey

摘　　要：目的了解海南省在校大学生对待爱情的立场和对待性的心理状态,帮助大学生确切、客观地认识自身的爱情态度和性心理。方法于2017年1月-2017年12月,采用分层随机抽样方法对海南省3所大学中抽取的1294名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果男生623人(48.15%),女生671人(51.85%);"有恋爱经历,目前单身"与"正在恋爱"的大学生分别占调查对象的29.37%和29.29%,合计达到58.66%,不同性别大学生的恋爱现状比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男生和女生在恋爱态度和性态度上差异均有统计学意义,认为维持一段恋情最主要的依靠是性需求的男生为16.53%,女生为4.92%(P<0.05);有过性行为的男生为27.93%,女生为12.97%(P<0.05)。结论在恋爱态度方面,女生想法较单纯,男生想法较多样化;在性态度方面,女生的贞操观念比较保守,而男生较女生更为开放。Objective To examine love attitudes and psychosexual health among undergraduates in Hainan province and to provide an assistance to the undergraduates to acquire correct cognition on the issues.Methods We conducted a self-administered survey among 1294 undergraduates recruited with stratified random sampling from 3 universities in Hainan province from February to December 2017 using a self-designed questionnaire.Results Among all the participants(623[48.15%]males and 671[51.85%]females),58.66%reported being in love(29.37%and 29.29%with previous and current experience)and there was no significant gender difference in the proportion of involvement in love affair(P>0.05).The participants′love attitudes and psychosexual health differed significantly by gender.Sexual desire was considered as the most important factor for a love affair by 16.53%of the males but only 4.92%of the females,with a significant difference(P<0.05).There were totally 20.00%of the participants reporting the history of having sex and significantly more male than the female participants reported sexual behavior history(27.93%vs.12.97%,P<0.05).Conclusion For the undergraduates,the males have more diverse ideas on love attitudes than the females;while more females have conservative consideration on chastity than the males.
