摘  要:为了准确、快速、低成本地检测二恶烷浓度,实验制备了二恶烷紫外光谱检测试剂——柠檬酸稳定银纳米粒子(Ci-AgNPs)试剂,搭建了光纤光谱测量系统。利用光纤光谱测量系统,实验研究了二恶烷检测试剂浓度、温度、p H对二恶烷浓度检测性能的影响。在此基础上,测试了检测剂对二恶烷的选择响应特性。实验研究发现,当Ci-AgNPs试剂浓度为15μmol/L,温度为55oC,p H为7时,Ci-AgNPs试剂对二恶烷的响应灵敏度达到0.0016 L/g,响应时间为10 min。该检测试剂对甲醇、无水乙醇、丙酮、乙腈、四氢呋喃、N-二甲基甲酰胺、三氯甲烷、二甲基亚砜均不响应,表明该检测试剂对二恶烷具有较好的选择敏感性。In order to accurately,quickly and cost-effectively measure the concentration of dioxane,a dioxane ultraviolet spectrum detection reagent,which is a citrate-stabilized silver nanometer reagent(Ci-AgNPs),was prepared.An optical fiber spectrum measurement system was set up.The influence of the concentration,temperature,and pH of the detection reagent on the measurement performance of dioxane concentration was experimentally studied using the optical fiber spectrometry system.Furthermore,the selective sensitive characteristics of the prepared reagent to dioxane were tested.Experimental studies show that when the reagent concentration was 15μmol/L,the temperature was 55 oC,and the p H was 7,the sensitivity of the Ci-AgNPs reagent to dioxane reached 0.0016 L/g,with a response time of 10 min.The Ci-AgNPs reagent does not respond to methanol,absolute ethanol,acetone,acetonitrile,tetrahydrofuran,N-dimethylformamide,chloroform,and dimethylsulfoxide,indicating that the prepared detection reagent shows a good selectivity for the detection of dioxane.
