摘 要:针对传统传感器无法高精度实现机械设备振动信号检测,为了提高机械设备振动信号检测精度,加快机械设备振动信号检测速度,设计了基于激光传感器的机械设备振动信号激光检测系统。首先构建机械设备振动信号检测系统的约束模型,设计基于激光传感器的机械设备振动系统框架;根据机械设备振动信号频率单元相位相对稳定,环境噪声扰动信号相位不稳定这一特点,对传统快速傅氏变换分析法进行改进,结合信号分量的重要程度,对各频率单元的相位分别赋予对应的权重,增强信号的信噪比,获取目标信号频谱,实现机械设备振动信号检测。实验结果表明,系统可以高精度检测到机械设备振动信号,与传机械设备振动信号检测系统相比,系统的检测时间更短,检测效率明显提高。In order to improve the detection accuracy of mechanical equipment vibration signal and speed up the detection speed of mechanical equipment vibration signal,a laser detection system of mechanical equipment vibration signal based on laser sensor is designed.Firstly,the restraint model of vibration signal detection system of mechanical equipment is constructed,and the vibration system frame based on laser sensor is designed.According to the characteristics of relatively stable phase of vibration signal frequency unit of mechanical equipment and unstable phase of vironmental noise disturbance signal,the traditional fast Fourier transform analysis method is improved.Combining with the importance of signal component,each frequency is single.The phase of each element is given corresponding weight to enhance the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal,obtain the spectrum of target signal,and realize vibration signal detection of mechanical equipment.The experimental results show that the system can detect vibration signal of mechanical equipment in high precision.Compared with vibration signal detection system of mechanical transmission equipment,the detection time of the system is shorter and the detection efficiency is improved obviously.
