摘　　要：为保证具有回转功能设备的作业安全性,必须对回转系统的回转角度进行限制。传统的回转角度检测方案基本是通过额外增加检测装置实现,不仅增加了机加工的成本,而且还使结构复杂,零部件种类多,不够经济,后期维护成本高。以混凝土泵车用回转减速器为例,介绍一种带回转参数检测功能的一体式回转减速器。该减速器在满足可驱动作业机构回转功能的基础上,还能对作业机构的回转角度及回转方向等回转参数进行实时有效的监测。应用该减速器可使整机布局紧凑,部件简化,同时安装工艺性好,可靠性高。It must limit slewing angle in the revolving system so as to ensure the working safety of the turntable equipment.As the traditional turning angle test methods are much complicated and not economical to use.A way out is to make an integral rotating speed reduction gear for the concrete pump truck,which is integral with slewing data test functions and satisfies driving the operational mechanism while monitoring the rotating angle and the rotating direction at the real time,plus a compact layout in assembly,simplified components,better installation processes and higher reliablity.
