摘　　要：发动机是车辆的核心部件,一旦发生捣缸,将会造成严重的事故,并产生高额的维修成本。在当前发动机设计、生产水平及制造工艺都极其成熟的条件下,造成发动机发生捣缸的主要原因是用户未按要求对车辆进行定期保养。对收集到的故障信息进行详细分析,找出捣缸故障产生的原因并还原捣缸发生的全过程,帮助技术人员有针对性地维修,防范衍生故障的发生,同时也提示用户应重视对车辆的日常保养,降低类似重大故障发生的概率。As the engine is a core component in the vehicles that once cylinder beating happens it would cause a serious accident while bringing about an expensive repair cost.That at the present mature manufacturing conditions the cylinder beating trouble lies in delayed maintenance by the user is a usual failure to be over-come.A way out has to collect and analyze the trouble information to detect the cylinder beating cause and reproduce the trouble’s entire process,and help the technicians repair the failed parts prevent similar cases to happen while warning the users that they should pay attention to daily maintenance of their vehicles to decrease the accident rate.
