摘　　要：目前,能力验证和测量审核作为实验室技术能力、持续改进质量管理体系的一种质控手段,在人员能力评价、方法验证、数据或结果准确性评价、满足监管机构和认证机构的要求等方面具有非常重要的意义。本文就植物细菌类能力验证和测量审核项目中的样品制备、样品均匀性和稳定性检验、统计分析等相关技术要求进行简单论述,旨在为植物检疫类实验室组织能力验证和测量审核项目提供参考。Proficiency testing and measurement audit,as a quality control method for the laboratory's technical capability and continuous Improvement of quality management system,are of great significance in personnel capability evaluation,method verification,data or result accuracy evaluation,and meeting the requirements of regulatory agencies and certification agencies.This paper briefly discusses the technical requirements of sample preparation,sample uniformity and stability test,statistical analysis and other related technical requirements in the project of plant bacterial proficiency testing and measurement audit,which provides reference for the project of proficiency testing and measurement audit in the plant quarantine laboratory.
