摘　　要：右旋美托咪定是一种新型的高选择性的α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂。它具有镇静、抗焦虑及镇痛的药理作用,能够诱导患者产生类似于自然睡眠的、易唤醒的镇静状态。另外,右旋美托咪定对呼吸的影响极小。近年来,右旋美托咪定在临床实践中的应用范围已经大大增加。本文就右旋美托咪定的临床研究新进展进行综述。Dexmedetomidine is a novel highly selective alpha 2 adrenergic receptor agonist.It has the pharmacological effects of sedation,anti-anxiety and analgesia,and can induce patients to be in a sedative state similar to natural sleep and easy to wake up.In addition,dexmedetomidine has little influence on respiration.In recent years,the application of dexmedetomidine in clinical practice has greatly increased.This article reviews the recent progress in clinical research of dexmedetomidine.
