摘　　要：本文从社会力量参与公共图书馆地方文献工作的必要性入手,分析了社会力量参与公共图书馆地方文献工作的主要主体类型以及存在的问题,并从完善社会力量参与公共图书馆地方文献工作的制度、提高社会力量参与公共图书馆地方文献工作的意识及搭建社会力量参与公共图书馆地方文献工作的平台3个方面,提出了社会力量参与公共图书馆地方文献工作的策略。Starting from the necessity of the participation of social forces in the local literature work of the public library,this paper analyzes the main types of the main body and the problems of the participation of the social forces in the local literature work of the public library,and puts forward strategies of social forces participating in the local literature work of the public library in three aspects of improvement system of the participation of social forces in the local literature work of the public library,the awareness of enhancing the participation of social forces in the local literature work of the public library and the platform for building social forces to participate in the work of the local literature of the public library.
