摘 要:以大果番茄"CM966"为试验材料,设人工增施CO2至(1 000±100)μL·L^-1、LED补光8 h、以及增施CO2和补光(增施CO2(1 000±100)μL·L^-1和补光8 h)互作3个处理,以自然条件下为对照,研究设施内增施CO2和补光对番茄生长、光合特性、产量和果实品质的影响,以期为北方冬春季设施栽培高产、高品质番茄提供技术参考。结果表明:补光(L)、增施CO2(C)和补光增施CO2处理(CL)下株高、茎粗和叶片数均大于对照。CL处理下净光合速率(Pn)、番茄单果质量、果实横纵茎最大,产量显著高于其它处理。各处理对番茄可溶性固形物含量影响不显著,但补光处理显著降低番茄果实的含酸量,增加糖酸比。综上所述,补光和增施CO2同时处理可显著促进番茄生长和净光合速率的提高,提高产量和改善品质。The effect of CO2 enrichment and light supplement in the greenhouse during winter and spring on the growth,photosynthesis,yield,and quality of tomato from the ‘CM966’ cultivar was investigated,to offer technical reference for planting high-yield and high-quality tomato in north of China.As the contrast of natural condition,the artificial application of CO2 to(1 000±100)μL·L^-1,LED light supplement for 8 hours,and the mutual application of CO2 and light supplement(the application of CO2(1 000±100)μL·L^-1 and light supplement for 8 hours) were used as three treatments.The results indicated that height,stem diameter and leaf number of treatment with light supplement(L),CO2 enrichment(C) and interaction of CO2 enrichment and light supplement(CL) were higher than those of the control.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),single fruit weight,transverse and vertical stem of tomato were the highest under CL treatment,and the yield was significantly higher than other treatments.The effects of different treatments on soluble solids of tomato were not significant,but light supplementation treatment significantly reduced the acid content of tomato fruit and increased the sugar-acid ratio.In conclusion,the simultaneous treatment of light supplementation and CO2 enrichment could significantly improve growth,net photosynthetic rate and yield of tomato.
