摘 要:垃圾渗滤液污染物浓度高,而排放标准又比较严格,传统的垃圾渗滤液生化处理工艺,普遍存在脱氮效果不佳、生化处理效率低以及运行成本偏高的问题。采用强化脱氮高效多级生物池MBR工艺处理垃圾渗滤液,无混合液内回流系统、可有效减少鼓风曝气量、充分利用原水中的碳源,大幅降低处理成本,同时具有生化反应效率高、抗冲击负荷能力强等特点。系统的设计应充分考虑污泥浓度、流量分配、各阶段池容积以及各阶段需氧量等因素的影响。Due to the high concentration of pollutants and the relatively strict discharge standard in landfill leachate,the traditional biochemical treatment process of landfill leachate has the problems of poor nitrogen removal effect,low biochemical treatment efficiency and high operation cost.Landfill leachate is treated with enhanced denitrification efficient multi-stage biological tank MBR process,no internal reflux system of mixed liquid,can effectively reduce blast aeration,make full use of carbon source in raw water,significantly reduce treatment cost,and has the characteristics of high biochemical reaction efficiency and strong impact load resistance・The influence of sludge concentration,flow distribution,tank volume and oxygen demand at each stage should be fully considered in the design of the system.
