摘  要:采用铁碳微电解-芬顿-ABR-两级好氧-混凝工艺处理有机硅生产废水,通过对主体工艺的选择,关键流程和参数的选定,并就稳定运行效果进行阐述。经该工艺处理后,最终出水COD、BOD_5、SS、NH_3-N的去除率分别达到98%、73.1%、76.6%、64%,出水水质分别为304 mg/L、188mg/L、211mg/L、36mg/L,出水水质优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)表4中三级标准,满足污水处理厂对纳管废水的水质要求,且该流程的运行费为2.99元/m3水。A silicone production company used the major processes including of iron-carbon Microelectrolysis-Fenton-Anaerobic Baffled Reactor-two stage aerobic-coagulation treatment processes to treat the wastewater from silicone production.Through the selection of the main process,key processes,parameters,and the effect of stable operation.The results show that,after these processes,the removal rates of COD,BOD5,SS and NH3-N are 98%,73.1%,76.6%,and 64%,respectively.Meanwhile the concentrations of index were 304 mg/L,188 mg/L,211 mg/L,and 36 mg/L.The effluent quality better to the third grade in table 4 in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996),which could meet the water quality requirements of the sewage treatment plant for access pipelines.The cost of wastewater is 2.99 yuan/m^3.
