摘 要:为解决潜艇结构中2个不同锥角的圆锥壳相连接时结合处存在的应力集中问题,提出了加肋锥-环-锥这一新型结构形式。为得到锥-环-锥结构强度、稳定性随锥角的变化规律以及该结构适用的锥角范围,采用数值仿真方法得到了不同锥角的锥-环-锥结构的过渡段各典型应力、舱段整体弹性失稳压力和失稳模式。结果表明,各典型应力与锥角之间近似呈线性关系,环壳跨中处各典型应力对锥角变化最为敏感,锥壳段的纵向应力与两侧锥角的差值有关;随锥角的增加锥-环-锥结构的肋骨刚度较临界刚度下降较快,锥角变化可能会引起结构失稳模式的改变;相比于锥-环-柱结构,当柱壳侧的锥角在0°到10°的范围内变化时,锥-环-锥结构过渡区域的峰值应力和舱段整体弹性失稳压力和锥-环-柱结构相差不大。研究结果可为锥-环-锥结构设计提供参考。In order to solve the problem of stress concentration at the joint of two conical shells with different conical angles in submarine, a new structure form of ribbed cone-ring-cone is proposed. In order to get the strength of the cone-ring-cone structure, the changing rule of the stability with the change of cone angle and the cone angle scale suitable for the structure, the paper uses the finite element simulation method to obtain that the typical stresses of the structure transition section, the overall elastic instability and the instability mode of the section of the cone-ring-cone structure. The results show that the relationship between typical stress and cone angle is approximate linear. The typical stresses in the middle span of annular shells are most sensitive to the change of cone angle, and the longitudinal stress on the inner surface decreases with the increase of cone angle. The change of cone angle may cause the change of the instability mode of the structure, for the stiffness of the ribs decreases faster than the critical stiffness with the increase of cone angle. Compared with the cone-ring-column structure, when the change of the cone angle of the shell side is kept within the range of 0° to 10 °, the peak stress in the transition region of the cone-ring-cone structure and the elastic instability pressure of the whole cabin section are almost the same as that of the cone ring column structure. The research results can provide reference for the design of cone-ring-cone structures.
