摘  要:以30万吨通用型FPSO货油系统为研究对象,应用CAESARII管道应力分析软件建立分析模型,考虑极端工况的加速度、船体变形和风载荷等,对其管系一次应力、二次应力和泵口载荷进行了分析,并对管系的布置进行了改进,提高了管系布置的效率和准确性,为FPSO其他管路系统及其他船型的管系布置提供参考依据。The paper takes 300 000 tons of general-purpose FPSO cargo oil system as the research object, and uses the CAESAR Ⅱ pipeline stress analysis software to establish an analysis model. Considering the acceleration of extreme working conditions, hull deformation and wind load, etc., it analyzes the primary stress, secondary stress and pump nozzle load of the piping system. The layout of the piping system is improved. The efficiency and accuracy of the piping arrangement are raised. It provides reference for the piping system layout of other piping systems of FPSO and other ship types.
