摘  要:研究了铝热还原法制备A1V55合金过程中影响成品率的因素并对提高途径进行了探讨。影响因素主要包括:细粉、氧化膜、偏析等。单位热效应在3315 kj/kg时合金的表观质量较好,能够有效提升成品率;在标准范围之内提高合金饥含量可以最大程度地降低脆性相A18V5对细粉、氧化膜的影响;通过炉体交叉旋转使合金液进行自搅拌,可以达到均匀合金成分、减少合金偏析的目的。In this paper,the factors affecting the yield of A1V55 alloy prepared by aluminum thermal reduction method were studied,and the approaches for improving the yield were also discussed.The influencing factors include fine powder,oxides film and segregation,etc.With the unit heat effect at 3315 kJ/kg,the alloy has a good apparent quality and the yield can be effectively improved.The effect of the brittle phase A18V5 on the fine powder rate and oxides film can be minimized by increasing the vanadium content of the alloy within the standard range.By cross-rotating the furnace body,the alloy liquid can be selfstirred to achieve uniform alloy compositions and reduce the composition segregation.
