摘 要:准备了Nb含量不同的试样,利用超高温激光共聚焦显微镜、扫描电镜研究了Nb对铸态取向硅钢再加热过程中组织演变和第二相粒子析出行为的影响。研究结果表明:铸态试样中的夹杂物以A12O3为核心的复合夹杂物为主。在再加热铸态试样冷却过程中,首先析出的相是MnS,含Nb试样还析出了大量的Nb(C,N)。Nb的添加能够有效增加第一析出阶段第二相粒子的析出数量,有效增强第二相粒子的抑制能力。同时,Nb的添加能够有效改善铸坯再加热组织的均匀性,为后续的热处理提供有利条件。The grain oriented silicon steels with different Nb contents were prepared,and the effect of niobium on the microstructure evolution and the behaviors of second phase particles of the as-cast grain-oriented silicon steel during reheating process was studied by high-temperature confocal laser-scanning microscope(HTCLSM) and Nova 400 Nano field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM).The results show that the inclusions in all as-cast specimens are mainly complex inclusions,which takes Al2O3 as its core.During the cooling stage,MnS mainly precipitates in the first precipitation stage,and Nb(C,N) also precipitates in the Nb-containg specimens.And the volume fraction of the second phase particles in the first precipitation stage can be effectively increased by adding Nb,which will effectively enhance the pinning ability of the second phase particles.However,niobium has little effect on the behaviors of precipitation of AlN.Meanwhile,the homogeneity of microstructure of reheated specimens can be improved by adding Nb.
