日本经方本原剂量研究溯源  

Traceability of the Study on Original Dose of the Japanese Classic Prescriptions

摘　　要：通过文献考据的方法,对历代日本医家对于经方本原剂量的研究源流进行了追溯。日本汉方医学对于经方本原剂量的研究可分为"模仿-消化-独创-回顾"四个阶段,即通过遣隋使、遣唐使等直接引进中国医学的模仿阶段,包括飞鸟、奈良、平安、镰仓时代;随着后世派、古方派等流派的兴起,各流派提倡不同观点的消化阶段,包括室町、战国、安土桃山时代及江户时代初期及中期;锁国后考证派兴起,并提出了多种与中国医学界不同观点的独创阶段,包括江户时代后期及明治维新时期;近代通过药物重量实测以及实验室研究等科学方法重新分析经方本原剂量的回顾阶段。现代日本经方研究结果认为,经方1两的量值为14g,这一研究结果与历史和现实最为相符,与中国"1两约合13.8g"研究结果基本一致。Through the method of literature research, the study on the original dose of classical prescriptions by Japanese Kampo doctors of all ages were traced. The study on the original dose of classical prescriptions by Kampo medicine can be divided into four stages of "imitation, digestion, original creation, review", that is, the imitation stage of introducing Chinese medicine directly by sending Sui and Tang envoys, including the Asuka, Nara, Heian, and Kamakura eras;the digestion stage of each school advocating different perspectives with the rise of the later generation school, the ancient prescription school and other schools, including the Muromachi, Sengoku, Azuchi Momoyama period, and the early and middle periods of the Edo ear;after seclusion, the textual research school rose. It is the stage of original creation when many perspectives that different from Chinese medical filed were proposed, including the late Edo period and the Meiji Restoration period;the review stage of reanalyzing the original dose of classical prescription through scientific methods such as drug weight measurement and laboratory research in modern times. The result of modern Japanese research is that 1 liang in classical prescription is equal to 14 g. This research result is most consistent with history and reality, and is basically consistent with the result of "1 liang is about 13.8 g" in China.
