摘　　要：介绍俞景茂治疗小儿难治性哮喘的经验。认为本病病因复杂,以风、寒、湿邪多见,病机以痰、热为主,兼夹瘀、毒,治疗强调五脏相关,从肝论治、从脾胃论治、从肾论治、从心论治而非独治肺,同时重视虫类药物祛风通络平喘的应用,融多法于一方,清补兼施,标本同治,才能达到临床控制的目的。This paper introduced YU Jingmao′s experience in treating refractory asthma in children. It is believed that wind, cold and dampness are the most common causes of the disease, and phlegm and heat are the main pathogenesis, which are combined with blood stasis and toxicity. It is emphasized that the treatment should be related with five zang-organs, and that the lung should not be treated alone, instead of treating from the liver, the spleen and stomach, the kidney, and the heart. At the same time, the application of insect drugs to expel wind, dredge collaterals and relieve asthm should be focused. We should combine multiple methods to one formula for both clearing and tonifying, treating the manifestations and root causes, so as to achieve the goal of clinical control.
