摘 要:混流式水泵水轮机的稳定性对机组并网的安全性具有关键影响,转轮内的流态特性是分析水泵水轮机稳定性的重要依据。该文对转轮内流态特性进行了研究,首先,建立流动可视化PIV实验模型;利用相关法,根据采集的粒子图像的分辨率,确定相关域和搜索域;在实验用的模型水泵水轮机的特性曲线上选取12个典型工况点,分析其参数;利用PIV方法,得到各工况下转轮中的流态;最后,分析转轮叶片进口冲角和导叶开度对转轮内流态的影响,进一步明确了混流式水泵水轮机内部流态与运行工况之间的关系。The stability of Francis pump-turbine has a critical impact on the safety of the grid-connected unit.The flow characteristics in the runner are important basis in analyzing the stability of the pump-turbine.Firstly,the flow visualization PIV experimental model is established,then correlation method is used to determine the correlation domain and search domain according to the resolution of the collected particle image.12 typical operating conditions are selected on the characteristic curve of the experimental model pump turbine and analyzed.The PIV method is used to obtain the flow state in the runner under various working conditions.Finally,the influence of the inlet angle of the runner blade and of the opening degree of the vane on the flow state in the runner is analyzed,and the relationship between the internal flow state and operating conditions of the Francis pump is further clarified.
