摘  要:基于自由基聚合原理,采用无毒无害的H2O2-Vc为氧化-还原引发体系,低温合成一种聚羧酸减水剂。通过傅里叶红外光谱和液相质谱色谱联用分别分析了聚羧酸减水剂的分子化学结构和相对分子质量,建立了合成减水剂的物料配比。优化合成的聚羧酸减水剂与水泥相容性好,当减水剂加入量为0.12%时,水泥净浆流动性高达330mm,减水率超过50%。研究成果具有很好的实际应用前景。A polycarboxylic superplasticizer is synthesized at low temperature with non-toxic and harmless H2O2-Vc as an initiation system based on the oxidation-reduction initiation free radical polymerization principle. The polymer ’s chemical structure and molecular weight are analyzed by Fourier infrared spectroscopy and liquid mass chromatography, respectively. The optimized polycarboxylic superplasticizer has a good compatibility with cement. When its amount is 0.12%,the fluidity of cement slurry is up to 330 mm, and the water reduction rate is up to 80%,water reduction rate is over 80%. The presented strategy on polycarboxylic superplasticizer preparation is believed to be a simple and effective method, which can also be widely practically used.
