摘　　要：讨论了软包装用复合膜摩擦系数对包装工艺制程的影响,确定了基于聚酯多元醇的双组分无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂对稳定复合膜的摩擦系数有帮助。重点讨论了聚酯多元醇含量对摩擦系数,黏度,适用期和粘结强度的影响,实验结果表明20%的聚酯多元醇含量时,胶粘剂可以兼顾长的适用期、高的剥离强度、高的热封强度和低的复合膜摩擦系数。The influence of coefficient of friction(COF)of flexible package composite membrane on the packing process is discussed, and it is confirmed that the polyester polyol based two-component solvent-free PU adhesive has benefits to keeping the COF stable of composite membrane.The effects of polyester polyol on the pot life of adhesive, viscosity, COF and bond strength are detailed. The results show that solvent-free adhesive can achieve a good balance of long pot life, high bond strength, high heat-seal strength and low COF when the polyester polyol content is 20%.
