摘　　要：酮酰胺化合物是一类重要的胺类化合物,广泛存在于天然产物中,是一类重要的有机合成中间体,其双官能团及多反应中心的特性使其具有特殊的化学性质,故近年来α-酮酰胺化合物的合成引起科研工作者的广泛关注。对近些年α-酮酰胺化合物的合成及机理研究作了简述,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。Ketoamides is an important kind of amine compound and intermediate for organic synthesis, which widely exist in natural products.Its double functional groups and multi-reaction centers give it special chemical properties. Therefore, in recent years, the synthesis of α-ketoamide compounds has attracted extensive attentions of scientific researchers. The catalytic synthesis and reaction mechanism of α-ketoamides in recent years is reviewed, and the future research direction is also pointed out.
