并发症对2型糖尿病患者住院费用影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析不同并发症对2型糖尿病患者住院总费用、诊断类费用、总药费的影响。方法采用描述性分析方法对某三甲综合医院2017年11月1日-2018年11月1日出院的1331名2型糖尿病患者基本信息和人数分布进行统计;采用多元线性回归分析法,分析不同并发症类型对2型糖尿病患者住院费用的影响。结果伴有眼的并发症平均住院总费用最高,为13644.76元,伴有血管的并发症平均诊断费用最高,为6700.22元,伴有周围循环并发症平均总药费最高,为6603.24元,无并发症患者各项住院费用最低。回归结果显示,伴有血管的并发症对2型糖尿病患者住院总费用、诊断类费用、总药费影响最大(β=0.296,P<0.001)。结论2型糖尿病伴血管的并发症相较于其他并发症对患者住院总费用、诊断类费用、总药费的影响最大。Objectives To analyze the influence of different complication types in type 2 diabetes patients on total hospitalization expenses,diagnostic expenses and total drug expenses.Methods The data of 1311 patients with type 2 diabetes was collected from November 1,2017 to November 1,2018 in a Tertiary comprehensive hospital,and we analyzed the complication types affecting the total hospitalization expenses,diagnostic expenses and total drug expenses by multiple regression analysis.Results The average total cost of hospitalization for complications associated with eyes was the highest,which was 13,644.76 yuan;the average cost of diagnosis of complications associated with blood vessels was the highest,which was 6,700.22 yuan;the average total cost of drugs for complications associated with peripheral circulation was the highest,which was 6,603.24 yuan;and all hospitalization costs for patients without complications were the lowest.Regression results showed that vascular complications had the greatest effect on total hospitalization costs,diagnostic costs,and total drug costs of type 2 diabetes patients(β=0.296,P<0.001).Conclusions Compared with other complications,vascular complications of type 2 diabetes had the greatest influence on the total hospitalization cost,diagnostic cost and total drug cost.
