摘 要:研究设计了醇溶性有机/无机复合树脂,即通过自由基聚合制备醇溶性丙烯酸树脂,然后将其与硅溶胶进行物理冷拼,变换比例优化配方得到。利用FTIR和XRD对得到的树脂进行表征,同时通过TG和DSC等测试分析涂层的热力学性能。结果表明,硅溶胶掺入质量分数为40%时,能得到综合性能优良的有机/无机复合树脂。基于此复合树脂体系,加入片状锌粉得到应用于重防腐领域的醇溶性富锌防腐涂料。由于片状锌粉的阴极保护作用和锌粉片层形貌的物理阻隔作用,固化涂层具有优异的耐腐蚀性能。本研究制备的涂料,制备方法简便,得到的涂层性能优越。可应用于环境苛刻、要求较高的重防腐领域。此外,涂料所选用的乙醇溶剂,对环境危害较小,符合未来涂料发展方向。In this paper, a novel alcohol-soluble organic/inorganic hybrid resin was prepared and studied by blending the alcohol-soluble acrylic resin and silica sol and optimizing the formula. The dried organic/inorganic hybrid alcohol-soluble resin was characterized by FTIR and XRD measurement. In addition, their thermodynamic properties were tested by TG and DSC measurement. The study proved that when the relative amount of silica sol was 40%, the overall performance of the obtained organic/inorganic hybrid resin was the best. Based on the synthesized hybrid resin, lamellar zinc powder was added to obtain alcohol-soluble zinc-rich coatings which could be applied in heavy-duty areas. With the cathodic protection and layer barrier effect of lamellar zinc powder, the cured coatings presented excellent corrosion resistance property. With easy preparation and good properties, the obtained alcohol-soluble zinc-rich coatings can be applied in harsh environments. In addition, the alcohol used is an environmentally friendly solvent, which is in line with future development of coatings research.
