无溶剂环氧污水管内壁长效防腐涂料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：以环氧树脂、腰果油改性聚酰胺固化剂和各种无毒防锈颜料制备无溶剂环氧污水管内壁长效防腐涂料,该涂料无溶剂、无毒无味,实验表明其具有良好的附着力、耐腐蚀性,适用于污水管道内壁的长效防腐保护,并讨论了各组分对涂层防腐性能的影响。Long-term solvent-free epoxy anticorrosive coatings for Inner Walls of Sewage Pipes are prepared with epoxy resin, cashew nut oil modified polyamide curing agent and various non-toxic antirust pigments. The coatings are solvent-free, non-toxic and odorless. The test shows that they have good adhesion and corrosion resistance and are suitable for long-term anticorrosive protection of inner walls of sewage pipes. The effect of each component on the anticorrosive property of the coatings is discussed.
