摘  要:以水性工业浸涂黑漆的制备工艺为研究对象,考察了水性工业浸涂黑漆在制漆过程中配料、分散及研磨工艺对漆浆制备效率的影响。结果表明,物料添加顺序、分散速率和时间、研磨工艺对漆浆的制备效率均有直接影响。通过实验得到了最佳的制备工艺。In this paper, the process of waterborne industrial dip black coatings preparation is studied, and the influence of batching, dispersion and grinding process on the efficiency of coatings paste preparation in the process of waterborne industrial dip black coatings preparation is investigated. The results show: the order of material addition, dispersion rate and time, and grinding process have direct influence on the efficiency of coatings paste preparation. The best preparation technology is obtained through experiments.
