摘 要:分别从源头、过程及末端3个环节对工程机械涂装VOCs减排的效果进行了分析。通过环境友好型涂料替代传统中低固体分溶剂型涂料,可使工程机械涂装VOCs的产生量大幅降低;通过采用高效的喷涂工艺可以减少涂料消耗量及VOCs产生量;通过优化涂装工艺体系可以降低能耗,并减少VOCs产生量;末端治理是对产生的VOCs进行处理,减少废气中VOCs的含量,从而实现减排。The VOCs reduction effects of source control, process control, and end-of-pipe control in construction machinery painting are discussed. The VOCs generated in construction machinery painting could be reduced dramatically by replacing traditional medium and low solid solvent coatings with environmentally friendly coatings. The coatings consumption and the VOCs generated could be reduced by adopting efficient spraying processes. Energy consumption and the VOCs generated could be reduced by optimizing the coatings process system. End-of-pipe control could reduce the VOCs content in exhaust gas by removing the VOCs generated to cut VOCs emissions.
