米力农治疗小儿先天性心脏病合并重症肺炎及心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析米力农治疗小儿先天性心脏病合并重症肺炎及心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月江西省儿童医院收治的62例先天性心脏病合并重症肺炎及心力衰竭患儿作为研究对象,对患儿进行随机编号,利用抽签法将患儿分为对照组(31例)、试验组(31例)。对照组患儿进行常规治疗,试验组患儿在对照组的基础上给予米力农治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效及治疗前后心功能指标[左室舒张末径(LVDD)、左室收缩末径(LVSD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)],并观察两组的不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患儿的临床治疗总有效率(87.10%)高于对照组(64.52%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前的LVDD、LVSD、LVEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿治疗后的LVDD、LVSD均低于治疗前,LVEF均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿治疗后的LVDD、LVSD均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重的不良反应。结论米力农治疗小儿先天性心脏病合并重症肺炎及心力衰竭的效果突出,利于患儿心功能恢复,且安全性较高,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Milrinone in the treatment of congenital heart disease complicated with severe pneumonia and heart failure in children.Methods A total of 62 children with congenital heart disease complicated with severe pneumonia and heart failure admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Children′s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as objects.The children were randomly numbered and they were divided into control group(31 cases)and experimental group(31 cases)by lottery method.The children in the control group received routine treatment,and the children in the experimental group were treated with Milrinone based on the control group.The clinical efficacy and cardiac function indexes(left ventricular diastolic diameter[LVDD],left ventricular systolic diameter[LVSD],left ventricular ejection fraction[LVEF])before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.The occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment(87.10%)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(64.52%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in LVDD,LVSD,and LVEF between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The LVDD and LVSD in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the LVEF was higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The LVDD and LVSD in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the LVEF was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Milrinone is effective in the treatment of congenital heart disease complicated with severe pneumonia and heart failure in children,which is conducive to the recovery of cardiac function in children,with high safety,which is worth learning.
