摘　　要：目的探讨纤维支气管镜在0~6岁儿童塑型支气管炎中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月~2019年7月我院收治的120例塑形性支气管炎患儿的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(60例)与观察组(60例),对照组采用肺CT及支气管腔内塑型性异物病理组织学切片检查以及保守治疗的方法,观察组采用纤维支气管镜诊治的方法,比较两组治疗后的氧合指数、治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的氧合指数为(456.93±19.98)mmHg,高于对照组的(322.59±25.67)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将纤维支气管镜应用于0~6岁儿童塑型支气管炎的临床治疗中,患儿的氧合指数提升,治疗效果显著,值得临床广泛推广和使用。Objective To explore the application effect of fiberoptic bronchoscope in children 0-6 years old with plastic bronchitis.Methods The clinical data of 120 pediatric children with plastic bronchitis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=60)according to different treatment methods.In the control group,pulmonary computed tomography and histopathological sectionon foreign matter in the bronchial cavity and conservative treatment were used.In the observation group,fiberoptic bronchoscopy was ued for diagnosis and treatment.The oxygenation index after treatmentand treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The oxygenation index of the observation group was(456.93±19.98)mmHg after treatment,which was higher than that of the control group of(322.59±25.67)mmHg,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fiberoptic bronchoscope in the clinical treatment of 0-6 years old children with plastic bronchitis improves the oxygenation index and the treatment effect is significant,which deserves widespread clinical promotion.
