维生素D联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨维生素D联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月~2018年10月我院收治的98例PCOS患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各49例。对照组用屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上用维生素D。比较两组治疗前后的激素水平和糖、脂代谢指标,并比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组治疗后的血清黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹胰岛素水平均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的血清卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的血清LH、T、LDL-C、空腹胰岛素低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的血清FSH水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在PCOS患者治疗中用维生素D联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片更利于改善其激素水平,并能改善糖、脂代谢,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Vitamin D combined with Drospirone Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 98 patients with PCOS admitted in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Drospirone Ethinylestradiol Tablets,while the research group was treated with Vitamin D on the basis of the control group.The hormone levels and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of serum luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and fasting insulin in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum follicle-forming hormone(FSH)in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum LH,T,LDL-C and fasting insulin in the research group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum FSH in the research group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D combined with Drospirone Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the treatment of PCOS patients is more conducive to the improvement of hormone levels,the improvement of glucose and lipid metabolism,and the improvement of therapeutic effect.
