摘　　要：目的探讨COOK宫颈球囊联合催产素在高危孕妇引产中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月我院收治的58例高危孕妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(28例)。对照组采用催产素进行引产,观察组采用COOK宫颈球囊结合催产素进行引产。比较两组的分娩情况、促宫颈成熟的临床效果、并发症总发生率及新生儿Apgar评分。结果观察组的总产程短于对照组,用药次数少于对照组,产后出血发生率和剖宫产率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的促宫颈成熟总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的产后并发症总发生率和新生儿Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论COOK宫颈球囊联合催产素应用于高危孕妇的引产中,能缩短总产程,减少用药次数、产后出血和剖宫产的发生,提高引产的效果,不增加产后并发症和新生儿Apgar评分,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of COOK cervical balloon combined with Oxytocin on induction of labor in high-risk pregnant women.Methods A total of 58 high-risk pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(28 cases)using the random number table method.The control group used Oxytocin to induce labor,and the observation group used COOK cervical balloon combined with Oxytocin to induce labor.The terms of childbirth,clinical effects of promoting cervical maturity,total incidence of complications,and Apgar scores of newborns were compared between the two groups.Results The total labor duration of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the number of medications was fewer than that of the control group,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section rates were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of cervical maturation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the total incidence of postpartum complications and Apgar scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion COOK cervical balloon combined with Oxytocin for induction of labor in high-risk pregnant women can shorten the total labor process,reduce the number of medications,postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section,improve the effect of induction of labor,without increasing postpartum complications and the Apgar score of newborns,which is worthy of clinical application.
