Objective To analyze the influence of individualized medical nutrition guidance during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome and neonates of pregnant women in perinatal period. Methods A total of 126 pregnant women in perinatal period who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,63 cases in each group. The control group and the observation group received routine pregnant nursing intervention and individualized pregnant medical nutrition guidance respectively. The scores of knowledge and behavior, body mass index, incidence of pregnancy complications, pregnancy outcomes and neonatal conditions were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in knowledge and behavior scores, body mass index, incidence of complications, pregnancy outcomes and neonatal conditions between the two groups after receiving different nursing methods(P<0.05).The knowledge and behavior scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of body mass index and complications of pregnancy were lower than those of the control group, pregnancy outcome and neonatal condition were better than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutritional guidance for pregnant women in perinatal period can significantly improve the adverse pregnancy outcomes and maintain the normal growth and development of the fetus.
