基本公共体育服务均等化评价指标体系构建——江西省环鄱阳湖生态经济区为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,梳理江西环鄱阳湖生态经济区基本公共体育服务均等化评价体系项目,建立了2项1级指标、7项2级指标、27项3级指标以及运用多元统计分析法提炼出主要成分指标和各项指标的权重的环鄱阳湖生态经济区基本公共体育服务均等化评价体系,设计出与评价体系适应的模板,该评价体系有利于了解江西省环鄱阳湖生态经济区基本公共体育服务均等化发展水平以及为评价发展水平提供理论依据,提高实现均等化目标建设效率。This paper combs the evaluation system of equalization of basic public sports services in the ecoeconomic zone around Poyang Lake in Jiangxi Province by using the methods of documentation and expert interviews,establishes two first-level indicators,seven second-level indicators,27 third-level indicators,and extracts the main component indicators and indicators by means of multivariate statistical analysis.The evaluation system of the equalization of basic public sports services in the eco-economic zone around Poyang Lake with the weight of the target is designed,and the template adapted to the evaluation system is designed.The evaluation system is conducive to understanding the development level of the equalization of basic public sports services in the eco-economic zone around Poyang Lake in Jiangxi Province and providing a theoretical basis for evaluating the development level,so as to improve the construction efficiency of achieving the goal of equalization.
