发酵饲料及在我国家兔生产中的应用

摘　　要：文章概述了生物发酵饲料的基本概念、发酵的主要原料、菌种及发酵工艺;总结了生物发酵饲料在我国家兔生产中的应用效果,包括对生产性能的影响、替抗及对腹泻和成活率的影响、对营养物质消化率的影响、对产品品质的影响、对生理生化指标的影响、对肠道菌群的影响、对小肠黏膜形态的影响、对饲养环境的影响,以及对霉菌毒素的影响等。最后提出发酵饲料存在的问题及未来展望。This paper outlines the basic concept, the main raw materials for fermentation, strains and fermentation process of bio-fermented feed. It summarizes the application effects of bio-fermented feed in the production of rabbits in our country, and the effect of the bio-fermented feed on production performance, resistance and diarrhea, survival, the digestibility of nutrients, product quality, physiologic and biochemical indexes, as well as the intestinal flora, the morphology of the small intestine, the feeding environment, and the mycotoxin and so on. Finally, the problems and prospects of fermented feed are pointed out.
